1. INTRODUCTION

FrameX Partner ("the App"), developed and operated by SpectrIQ Solutions ("Company", "we", "us"), provides a professional marketplace for photographers and drone pilots ("Partners"). We are committed to protecting the privacy of our Partners and Clients. This policy outlines our practices regarding the collection, use, and sharing of data when you use our mobile application.

2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

To facilitate a high-trust marketplace, we collect the following data:

  • Personal Identity: Full Name, Email, Phone Number, and Government-issued ID (for Partner verification).
  • Precise Location Data: We collect precise real-time location data from Partners to enable "Live Arrival Tracking" for Clients. This data is collected even when the app is in the background or not in use to ensure seamless navigation and arrival updates.
  • Financial Information: We collect bank account details and UPI IDs for payouts. All transactions are processed via Razorpay. We do not store sensitive card details or PINs on our servers.
  • Device Identifiers: We collect Device IDs (Android ID/IMEI) for fraud prevention, account security, and session management.
  • App Interactions: We collect logs on how you use the app (clicks, screen views) via Google Firebase to improve app functionality.

3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

  • Service Coordination: To match Partners with local bookings and provide Clients with real-time arrival estimates.
  • Financial Processing: To calculate earnings, manage payouts, and issue tax-compliant invoices via Razorpay.
  • Safety & Security: To verify the Partner's presence at a venue and prevent fraudulent "fake location" check-ins.
  • Bug Reporting: We use Firebase Crashlytics to collect crash logs and diagnostic data to maintain app stability.

4. SHARING OF INFORMATION

We strictly limit data sharing to the following:

  • With Clients: We share the Partner's Name, Photo, and Precise Real-time Location with the assigned Client during an active booking.
  • With Regulated Processors: Financial data is shared with Razorpay Software Private Limited for payout disbursements.
  • With Cloud Providers: Data is securely hosted on Google Firebase (Firestore) utilizing SSL/TLS encryption.
  • Legal Compliance: We may share data with authorities (e.g., DGCA for drone flight logs) if required by Indian law.

5. DATA STORAGE & RETENTION

  • Account Data: Retained for as long as the account is active.
  • Location Logs: Retained for 90 days for dispute resolution and safety audits.
  • Financial Records: Retained for 7 years to comply with Indian Tax and Audit regulations.
  • Media Content: Raw footage is retained for 30 days; edited deliverables are retained for 6 months.

6. DATA DELETION & YOUR RIGHTS

Partners can request account deletion directly through the App Settings. Upon a verified request:

  1. All Personal Identity Information will be purged within 30 days.
  2. Non-identifiable transaction records will be archived for legal compliance.
  3. To request manual deletion: Email support@framex.photography.
